Air-conditioned apartment complex in a coastal area.
The goal of the project was to condition a luxury residential complex in Los Cabos. The main challenge was that, being developed in a beach environment, the equipment needed to be prepared to withstand extreme heat and humidity 24/7.
Mini VRF Diverse units were used, with an added special coating called Infiniguard, for an extra level of protection.
The main advantage of this system is that it allows for the conditioning of different spaces that can be controlled by guests or residents through a smart thermostat controlled at 24 volts.
The systems operate over wide ranges, are extremely quiet, and have a sleek design that integrates seamlessly with the project's aesthetics.
Up to 6 TR in indoor units! This innovative system allows you to connect up to 9 indoor units to a single outdoor unit, enabling you to condition multiple spaces.
